South Western Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken breast served on a bed of red leaf lettuce with a lightly sautéed red and green peppers and onions. Sour cream, salsa and guacamole served on the side

Chicken Caesar Salad
Marinated chicken breast served on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce with Parmesan cheese and country style croutons. Tossed with house Caesar dressing

Creamy Tuna Salad
Tuna salad served with black olives, capers and crunchy celery. Presented on a bed of mixed lettuce with green beans and quartered tomatoes

Served with a choice of white, rye, whole wheat, or Kaiser roll toasted on request. Accompanied by coleslaw, potato chips, and pickle. Add 35c for cheese.
